  I recently bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu from browns. Both Jordan my sales rep and Travis the finance rep did a fantastic job and made the process super easy and comfortable. Jordan even arranged to have vehicle personally delivered to me. That's what I call excellent service. I would recommend Browns Chev to anyone looking for a new or used GM

  Friendly but I suffered EXTREME sticker shock for the work done especially when I found out I could have saved more than 1/4 the price of $2000 by getting the work done by local mechanics. I’m retired with a fixed income and this HURT!! It cost more than I have as a monthly income! And...the transmission problem repeated itself on my first stop on the way home. So...it wasn’t fixed.

  After 3 weeks of going back and forth between vehicles, Mark, Lee and Jordan were all AMAZING with helping us leave with the exact vehicle we wanted. Jordan was extremely helpful with explaining all the extra features and their functions in our new Yukon. Browns always goes above and beyond for their consumers. Very happy with our purchase.

  I've purchased two vehicles from Browns in the last 6 years and have had amazing service both times, as well as all the years in between. The first time around I purchased a used SUV that was originally an employees vehicle (Lee!) and it was pristine. It came with a second set of tires which were accidentally lost... but they were quickly replaced without question. The second time around I worked with Brian the bow tie guy and he was awesome. I waffled a lot and struggled to find something in my budget, and never once did I feel pressured, or ignored, while I hmm'd and haw'd over making a purchase. The biggest deal breaker for me is if someone is pushy, which is why I choose Browns for my car needs. I loved my old SUV and I love my new SUV and I'll continue to recommend Browns to every one I know.

  Bow Tie Brian helped answer all the questions we had to pick out the perfect vehicle. Finance was very quick and easy, and they were able to help me keep my wife's Christmas gift a secret. They even gave me a huge bow for it. I cannot say enough good things about Browns Chevrolet.
