  I like the food here and have never had a complaint against it, but the 5 or so many times i have been here i have always had bad service. I have heard others complain about wait times for food, that happened to me the first time i ate here. 40 minutes and i asked if it was unusually busy that time and she said no. Another tends to be waiting for drink refills. Like i said i like the food so as long as there is less than 10 people in the dining area i'll put up with a little bad service.

  3/4 of the place is just VLTs, and the rest is for what they call a dining room and a bar. Great if you only like playing VLTs.

  Service could not be worse. Rating based on multiple visits. Bar service is dead slow, you might as well brew your own beverages and farm raise your own meals. Customer service is lacking and the general persona of the staff is so unaware, to the point where one feels bad. Unfortunately, the staff will be here providing sub par service for years to come, as this establishment seems to be the pasture for which the expiring mules come to work.
